Gunung Trusmadi,Tambunan

Trusmadi mountain located in Tambunan, Sabah, the second highest mountain in Malaysia after Mount Kinabalu, which is also located in the state. Trusmadi mountain has an elevation as high as 2,642 meters (8,669 feet).

Trusmadi mountain forested hill slope, top slope forest, Montane forest, and ericaceous forests or mountain forest. There are many in the mountain flora with medicinal value, such as Nepenthes macrophylla.
